WHAT FURNITURE IS INCLUDED?


WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED?
We have two bathrooms that meet ADA compliance.
The space is climate controlled. ​
​
There is a large three bay sink and a hand washing sink.​​
​
While street parking is available, we also have a parking lot behind the event space and an additional parking lot a block away from the event space. Please see our parking map for a better reference.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
payment is due in full to reserve your date. Until we receive full payment and a completed rental agreement the date is still open and available. In other words, first come first serve.

You remove your own trash we do have an option to use our dumpster on the premise if arrangements are made ahead of time and for a $50 fee


HOW DO I PROCEED?
To confirm your desired date is available Contact us today by filling out the contact form below.
Upon replying that you wish to move forward, we will send you an invoice and a rental agreement to fill out and send back.

Please keep in mind payment is due in full to reserve your date. Until we receive full payment and a completed rental agreement the date is still open and available. In other words, first come first serve.

Once your date is reserved a temporary code will be sent to you, the code will be activated at the date and time you reserved the space for. The code will open the main door along Main Ave.
