6 HOUR WINDOW

Set up and clean up are to be included in the 6 hour window.

YOU CHOOSE THE 6 HOUR WINDOW OF TIME.

You may purchase additional  hours for $50 per hour. 

Please let us know at inquiry if this is something we should add to the contract.

CLEANING

We will provide the main cleaning, just make sure to leave the space as you found it, removing all property and trash... we will clean the rest.

TABLES AND CHAIRS

Tables and chairs are included in your rental. See our FAQs for details on the tables and chairs.

TRASH

We ask that you're responsible for trash removal. If needed,  we can arrange for use of our dumpster on the premises  for a $50 fee. Just make sure to arrange this with us in advance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

We add a $50 Security Deposit to the total rental cost, it is then refunded within 5 business days of the event, after we can confirm property is not destroyed. 

NEED MORE TIME OR WANT A MORE RELAXED TIME FRAME? 

We do have an all day option... Come in as early as you want and stay as late as you want.

Cost for this option is $800. Everything else listed still applies, you just get a much longer time frame with this option.
